Shipping costs are calculated once all products are added to the shopping cart (prior checkout), this is because freight is calculated on weight or volume. We work hard to keep the freight price as low as possible. Please note, from time to time freight calculation might not be accurate. If this is the case we will contact you asap.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shapers uses a number of different postal and courier partners to ensure the best delivery service and most reasonable rate available. All international orders are shipped with DHL.

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Shapers cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Shapers will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. Shipping Policy

As part of purchasing policy, Shapers Australia holds no responsibility for loss or damage to the goods and is the responsibility of the recipient, as Shapers does not control the services of the courier companies. Therefore, we encourage the purchase of freight insurance for customers that are purchasing blanks and preshapes for their peace of mind and confidence. The fee will cover the total value of the goods purchased, please note for a freight claim, a claim must be submitted within 3 days of receiving goods.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
