Freight:
Shapers
Australia sells and ships products throughout Australia and all around
the world. When purchasing online, customers will be displayed the estimated
postage and handling charge before they proceed with their order.
For orders over 10kg’s;
orders of a large dimension; or for deliveries to less frequent locations; an
email will be sent detailing the recommended freight options. This policy
ensures that customers receive the best-priced service in relation to their
location, nature of goods ordered and delivery time needs. The order
will only then be processed on confirmation from the customer.
Shapers
Australia delivers to a work or home address but we do not send to a PO
Box address. It is preferable to deliver to a work address to ensure that
someone is there to sign for delivery as a large percentage of orders are shipped
with a courier service. If you believe that someone may not be home for
delivery, enter your work address to be sure.
Australian orders...
Australian
orders will generally be delivered in 2-7 working days, depending on the
customers location, stock availability and the nature of the product(s)
ordered. Australia Post and Fastway are the general methods of shipment. To
check if an item is in stock or how long it may take to process a
particular order please email info@shapers.com.au.
For orders over 10kg, larger products and for deliveries to less frequent
destinations in Australia, contact will be made with the customer prior to
processing order in respect to freight costs and delivery timings.
New
Zealand Orders...
Deliveries to New Zealand generally take 3-10 working days, dependant on
customer’s location, stock availability and the nature of the product
ordered. When purchasing online you will be quoted an estimated freight cost.
Please note that this estimation is based on US and European orders. Where
there is a difference between the actual freight cost and
the estimated freight cost - you will be advised of these details
for approval prior to your transaction been processed. Due to the special
rates that apply between NZ and Australia we advise NZ customers to email us
direct with their orders (info@shapers.com.au).
International Orders...
For
International orders the freight price provided is an estimate and
may vary depending on your country of origin. Where there is a difference
between the actual freight cost and the estimated freight
cost - you will be advised of these details for approval - prior to your

International
orders will generally be delivered in 2-4 weeks, dependant on the customer’s location,
stock availability and the nature of the product(s) ordered. To check if an
item is in stock or how long it may take to process a particular order,

Shapers
Australia uses a number of different postal and courier partners to ensure
the best delivery service and most reasonable rate available. All
international orders are registered and insured for customer’s peace of mind
and confidence. If you do not want insurance then please advise, however note
that that any loss or damage to the goods is the responsibility of the
recipient. For urgent orders ‘EMS International Couriers’ can be arranged,
please advise if you require this service prior to purchasing.
Please note that you may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the
country to which you have your order shipped. We have no control over these
charges and cannot predict what they may be. Any custom or duty charges are
always the responsibility of the recipient. For further information please

(e.g. Fed Ex, DHL, etc); email their relevant details and your account number
