Does Shapers Australia export products overseas?
Yes. Customers regularly purchase online from all over the world. Products are generally shipped via Air Fright, with delivery in 2-4 weeks. Delivery may be longer depending on the products purchased and their destination. Note all goods are registered and insured for customer confidence and peace of mind.

Does Shapers Australia Export Blanks?
Yes Shapers exports our Premium Surfboard Blanks by Full Container Loads (20 Foot and 40 Foot High Cube). We also send smaller orders in boxes by Air and LCL (Ship).

What is the freight cost for International orders?
The freight cost is displayed at the ‘View Order’ stage before customers proceed with their order. If the total freight weight of an order is in excess of 15 kilograms, or of large dimensions, then the exact freight method and cost will be emailed through to the customer separately.

Does Shapers Australia supply other products not shown on the Website?
Yes, not all of our products are displayed on the Shapers Australia website. Custom orders are also available for the likes of Profile Cutters, Shapers Barrels® and some unique abrasive supplies. Please email info@shapers.com.au for more info.

Can Profile Cutters be made to custom order?
Yes, Shapers Australia specialises in Profile Cutters, with clients using different heads and shaft lengths.  We use the same ‘Super Grit’ as we do on the highly effective Shapers Barrel. With a detailed description and diagram we can manufacture to custom orders.

Can the Shapers Barrel be made to custom order?
The Shapers Barrel is currently made for wide variety of Planer makes and models. Custom order may be available for more unique Planers. We can also vary the style and coarse of the grit for specific purposes.

How is the Shapers Barrel inserted into my Planer?
The Shapers Barrel replaces the existing barrel in your Planer that the cutters/blades rotate on. Therefore this needs to be removed first before the Shapers Barrel inserted. Simply take your Planer & the Shapers Barrel to a tool workshop that will insert the Shapers Barrel for you with relative ease. This will ensure that the Shapers Barrel is inserted in a safe and secure manner.
