Shapers Australia sells and ships products throughout Australia and all around the world. When purchasing online, customers will be displayed the estimated postage and handling charge before they proceed with their order.
For orders over 10kg’s; orders of a large dimension; or for deliveries to less frequent locations; an email will be sent detailing the recommended freight options. This policy ensures that customers receive the best-priced service in relation to their location, nature of goods ordered and delivery time needs. The order will only then be processed on confirmation from the customer.
Shapers Australia delivers to a work or home address but we do not send to a PO Box address. It is preferable to deliver to a work address to ensure that someone is there to sign for delivery as a large percentage of orders are shipped with a courier service. If you believe that someone may not be home for delivery, enter your work address to be sure.
Australian orders will generally be delivered in 2-7 working days, depending on the customers location, stock availability and the nature of the product(s) ordered. Australia Post and Fastway are the general methods of shipment. For orders under 5Kg, non dangerous goods (such as resins) and are under 75cm will be dispatched using Australia Express Post Services.

Please Note: Blanks and all resins (which are classified as dangerous goods) and are sent via a third party courier and are only delivered once. If delivery is unsuccessful (due to no one at delivery address) it will be the recipients’ responsibility to collect the goods from the courier’s depot or pay for additional delivery.

For International orders the freight price provided is an estimate and may vary depending on your country of origin. Where there is a difference between the actual freight cost and the estimated freight cost - you will be advised of these details for approval - prior to your transaction been processed. Shapers Australia uses a number of different postal and courier partners to ensure the best delivery service and most reasonable rate available. All international orders are registered and insured for customer’s peace of mind and confidence. If you do not want insurance then please advise, however note that that any loss or damage to the goods is the responsibility of the recipient. For urgent orders ‘EMS International Couriers’ can be arranged, please advise if you require this service prior to purchasing.

Shipping & ReturnsPolicy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
As part of Shapers purchase policy that Shapers is not responsible for loss or damage to the goods and is the responsibility of the recipient, as Shapers does not control the services of the courier companies. Therefore, we encourage the purchase of freight insurance for customers peace of mind and confidence. The fee will cover the total value of the goods purchased.
To make a claim under freight insurance, all claimed items need individual photos and descriptions and must be made within 24hrs of receiving the package.
