Using the latest technology in digital printing combined with specialised materials - Shapers Australia offers a wide range of Surfboard Decals specifically designed for the Surfboard Glassing process. Now you can have just about anything printed on a decal and glassed on to your surfboard. No delamination issues whatsoever and the decal preserves its colours for the life of the surfboard! Decals are printed to whatever size is desired, from small tattoo size (A4 size) to full surfboard length decals printed to the exact length and width of any given surfboard. Shortboards, Mini Mals, Malibu?s, Fun Boards, Fish's - its all good! Decal is customised to all dimensions including nose and tail.

Please note that custom designs are available. All that is required is a high-resolution photograph; image or illustration and a decal can be printed for any size and style of surfboard. The Humpback Whale decal featured above is a classic example of what can be achieved with quality images and a touch of creativity. This design has been particularly popular for display on walls in Cafes and Surf Stores (we also can provide suitable wall racks).
Logo Sheet 45cm x 45cm
This option is for first time buyers of a Logo Sheet or for those wanting a new design.
The Logo Sheet is digitally printed on a 45cm x 45cm sheet.
The price includes:
- $30 (+ GST for Australian customers) once-off set-up charge.
- $31.82 (+ GST for Australian customers) for print of 45cm x 45cm logo sheet.
- To purchase a second sheet now or fto make a repeat order, please refer to the product below.
The process used to produce the logo sheet is tailored specifically for the Surfboard glassing process hence ensuring the best quality available. All Decals come with easy to follow application instructions.
Artwork Specification:
- Please do not use images copied from the internet. These images are often very low resolution that is not suitable for printing.
- Please supply logo or logo's in original file format (eps, psd) or in a PDF.
- If you have scanned in an image or already have saved on file please ensure it is atleast 1 Meg. Files are generally fine to send in Jpeg or Tiff if they are a meg in size or more.
